Critical and Emergency On-call Support means staff is not in office, but a designated person can handle critical issues via our support number 208-962-1073. Emailed tickets will not be checked.

Critical issues are individual work stoppages needing immediate attention with significant operational impact. Emergency issues affect company-wide operations requiring immediate resolution. 

Please assess the severity of your issue appropriately during the holidays to allow our staff time with their families.
