“Office Closed” means staff are unavailable, but a designated person can handle EMERGENCY issues via 208-962-1073. Emergency issues affect company-wide operations needing immediate resolution. Emails to our ticketing system will not be checked. Please assess the urgency of your issue appropriately during holidays to allow staff time with their families. 

 

“Reduced Staff” means partial staff is available to handle support calls, but response time may be impacted.
